Any drizzle bordering on a stream of antifreeze would be hard to ignore while under someone's car. Depending on where your oil pan is, it's possible they bumped something like that without even noticing.Possible, mind you, not necessarily likely. It may only be a matter of tightening or replacing a hose clamp or a damaged hose, which would be a lot faster, cheaper and time-saving to do yourself. Since you didn't mention what car you're driving I have no idea specifically, but often there are hose lines running back from the radiator to overflow tanks, backup reservoirs, miscellaneous other cooling appliances, etc.
